As dean of the institute, I’m extremely proud to be the academic and administrative head of an institute of national healthcare importance. It is situated near the international holy city of Shirdi, Saibaba, on the bank of the holy Godavari. Maharashtra has a rich tradition of imparting education with MUHS University. Smt Sakhubai Narayanrao Katkade Medical College & Research Center,  is providing practical, experience-based medical education.
